Public debate around AI is often polarized: some claim it will solve all of the world’s problems, while others warn it could lead to humanity’s downfall.

So how do we make sense of it?
How do we separate hype from reality, optimism from alarmism?
How do we decide what—and who—to believe?

In this talk, we will take a step back and lift the veil on AI with clear insights into what’s really happening beneath the surface.

Because once we understand how it works, we’re better equipped to see both sides: the extraordinary potential — and the very real risks.

Program:

17.30: Welcome by Pedro Lind, professor, Kristiania

17.35-18.20: AI: What is everyone talking about? by Luís Cruz-Filipe, Head of Education, IT University of Copenhagen
