Background

This group was founded in 2020, initially with a focus on using experimental methods to understand and predict the behavior of individuals (e.g., consumers). Over the past few years, members of this group have presented their research at national and international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.

Delphine Caruelle er førsteamanuensis i markedsføring ved Høyskolen Kristiania. Hennes primære forskningsinteresser ligger i skjæringspunktet mellom tjenestemarkedsføring og forbrukeratferd. Caruelle leder forskningsgruppen ERG.
