Design Thinking brings the user perspective into innovation processes, building on decades of practice in bringing new products and services into the world. But in light of current sustainability challenges, design might have contributed to just as many bad innovations as good ones. Loaded with practical examples, Jan Walter advocates for a shift - from user centric to planet centric design. The recipe? Blend the "how" of design, with the "what" of green growth, in light of the "why" of doughnut economics.
