Lost your diploma?

If you have lost your diploma it will be replaced by a duplicate of the original or a confirmation that you have completed your programme of study. A duplicate diploma costs NOK 1000. You can order one by filling out the form “Loss of diploma – application for replacement”. You must send the form to Studentservice (log in with feide).

Transcripts

A transcript can act as temporary documentation in an application process and most schools use conditional admission (you are admitted on condition of submitting a diploma) until you can submit the official document.

You can order transcripts, either in English or Norwegian, in StudentWeb. You can also contact the reception desk or the programme administration for a transcript. The programme administration can also print completed degrees.

The transcript verifies the results you achieved at Kristiania University College during your course of study and must not be confused with the diploma you receive when you have obtained a bachelor’s degree.
