Faculty of Management and Economics

The Faculty of Management and Economics consists of three departments: the Department of Communication, the Department of Leadership and Innovation, and the Department of Marketing and Economics.

The programmes are closely related to practice and provide students with a good insight into the working life that they will encounter after completing their studies. The faculty is characterised by good educators and a high level of satisfaction in student surveys. The faculty has active researchers and research groups.

The department is involved with teaching activities at all levels: as individual subjects, 1-year courses, and bachelor- and master degrees. A targeted structuring of the research in the faculty is implemented in order to develop an interdisciplinary PhD program in communication and management. The study programs are readily available in both Oslo, Bergen and online.
