About Talk Nature

The members come from fields such as graphic design, writing and text development, art direction, advertising and brand communication, media studies, and design history. The group works interdisciplinarily to develop events in public spaces.

The aim of this interdisciplinary group is to share and develop knowledge about practice-related exploration of impact communication in public settings. The group’s work is organized through collaborative project development, investigating the space between design activism and guerrilla marketing. How can we communicate a message about plant blindness in public space in ways that engage people using techniques from these various disciplines?

In our meetings, we discuss theoretical and methodological perspectives from our respective fields. In our artistic research (AR) projects, we combine both practice-led and practice-based research approaches.
