Knowledge Management and Organisational Learning (KMOL)
The main objective is to empirically describe everyday life in organisations, how knowledge-intensive organisations are led, discuss how they can make a culture for better organisational learning – and why this is vital for small and medium companies in an era of rapid changes.

Background
The idea is to think big and start small and to create an informal, diverse, bottom-up-driven group.
The group was created in early October 2020 and has currently five members from SCLM, including two PhD students.

A substantial part of the associated publications and the work conducted in this research group are directly relevant as curriculum for the PhD course Change Management and Organisational Learning.

Olav Johansen is a Senior Lecturer in Organization and Leadership at Kristiania University of Applied Sciences, where he teaches negotiation, influence, leadership, strategy, and competence development. He leads the research group KMOL.
