When Are the Next Information Meetings about Student Exchange?

Information Meeting 1 – for the entire cohort

Introduction to exchange for bachelor students and master students in their first year. Usually held in the middle or end of November.

Information Meeting 2 – for the entire cohort

Detailed information about exchange and the application process. Held at the beginning of the semester before the exchange, i.e., August and January.

Information Meeting 3 – for nominated students

Review of application process for partner institution, course selection, and Learning Agreement for Erasmus/bilateral agreements. Held after the nomination of applicants, in October and March.

Information Meeting 4 – for students who are travelling

Pre-departure course with focus on preparedness, safety, and cultural understanding. Developed in collaboration with the Norwegian Seamen's Church and ANSA, to be completed in May/June for autumn exchange and in November/December for spring exchange.
