Install the printer on your personal device

Note: The first time you log in to uniFLOW Online—whether it's through a browser, SmartClient, or on mobile—you will receive an email with a PIN code for the copiers. You need this PIN to link your access card to uniFLOW Online and to log in to the copiers with your card. You can also use the PIN code to log in to the copier without an access card.

Install the printer on your own devices

Installation and setup

Log in to uniFLOW Online with Office 365 for Høyskolen Kristiania.

Select "Start printing" from the menu if you are not already on that page.

Download the printer driver for macOS or Windows on the right hand side.

Start the installation file once it has finished downloading and complete the installation.

uniFLOW SmartClient will start. Select "Office 365 for Høyskolen Kristiania" for login.

Log in with "[username]@egms.no" and password.

Print documents

You can now print using the printer "Kristiania print." Then log in to the copier you want to print from with your access card or PIN code.
Install and setup the app:

uniFLOW Online for iOS
uniFLOW Online for Android

Install the app from the links above, and start it.

Select "Manual Login" and enter Tenant URL:
kristiania.eu.uniflowonline.com

Login with Office 365, using your credentials: [username]@egms.no and your password.

Print Documents:

To print, tap "Print" at the bottom of the app.
Select your desired options and print the file or image you want.

Release Print Jobs:

Go to the copier you want to print from.
Log in using your access card, PIN code, or release the print job using the mobile app under "My Queue."
This method for adding the printer can also be used in all Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera, Vivaldi, Brave, etc.).

Install and setup the extension:

Log in to uniFLOW Online. Use Office 365 for Høyskolen Kristiania to log in.

Select "Start printing" from the menu if you are not already on that page.

Find "Install Chrome extension" and click on the image for the Chrome Web Store below.

Click the "Add to Chrome" button and then "Add extension."

Open the extension to the right of the address bar and type/paste the tenant URL: kristiania.eu.uniflowonline.com.

Select "Office 365 for Høyskolen Kristiania" and log in with your credentials: [username]@egms.no and password.

Print Documents:

When you want to print, select the printer "Kristiania print."
Then go to the printer you want to print from and either log in with your access card, PIN code, or start the print with the mobile app.
