Background
Hanne Stavelie is Associate Professor in International Communication and Leadership at Kristiania University College.
Stavelie teaches language and intercultural communication, negotiation and influencing, business ethics and leadership. She has lived in Spain and the UK, and is engaged in developing Kristiania’s internationalisation programmes.
Stavelie’s work includes developing international academic collaboration for increased student and staff mobility within the Erasmus agreement. She is responsible for courses which offer international internships for students, academic short-term mobilities in collaboration with international partners, and the development of international competence through courses offered to Norwegian and international students. Stavelie has published research on leadership and governance in the public school system in Oslo, and is engaged in questions regarding teaching and learning.
