has extensive knowledge of the rules on contract modification and termination, including rules on termination, cancellation, rescission, and rules on contract revision (Section 36 of the Norwegian Contracts Act, the doctrine of changed circumstances, force majeure, and hardship)
is familiar with other bases for obligations besides agreement, such as unjust enrichment and similar grounds, as well as the relationship between contractual liability and tort liability
