- Close collaborationThis course has been developed by Metier in collaboration with Kristiania Professional College, Kongsberg Group, and Kongsberg Maritime. The programme is built on recognised methodologies, established frameworks, and experience from some of Norway’s most complex project environments.
Throughout the programme, you will learn from subject matter experts with experience in project controls, uncertainty management, project management, and the delivery of large-scale projects. This ensures a curriculum that combines theory, best practice, and practical application in your day-to-day work.
- Teaching formatThis course combines classroom-based sessions and e-learning. The six modules can be completed at a pace that fits your work schedule, giving you the flexibility to adapt your studies to your individual needs.
Throughout the programme, you will engage with a combination of academic theory, practical case studies, interactive exercises, and e-learning. This provides a varied and practice-oriented learning experience with direct relevance to your own project work. The programme is divided into two courses (Level 1 and Level 2), each worth 15 ECTS credits.
