Key Information

Participants: Birthe Kåfjord Lange (leder), Alexander Hem, Elin Bolann, David Coates, Jarle Bastesen, Martina Skauge
Background
Our current members come from SCLM (School of Communication, Leadership and Marketing) and SEIT (School of Economics, Innovation and Technology). One of the advantages of being based in Bergen is that we are in close contact and collaborate well with research colleagues across departmental boundaries.
We are also working to establish a joint, interdisciplinary research project in collaboration with an external partner from the business sector.

Birthe Kåfjord Lange
Kåfjord Lange is an Associate Professor at Kristiania University of Applied Sciences, where she primarily teaches leadership subjects at various levels. She has particularly extensive teaching experience in continuing and further education programmes.
