Lars Erik Braaum is assistant professor at Kristiania University College and study program leader for a bachelor's degree in Lifestyle Change and Public Health and a bachelor's degree in Sport and Public Health Management. Lars Erik teaches several subjects in the two study programs in topics such as project management, public health work, sports and public health. Lars Erik has work experience from child and youth work in Skedsmo municipality, project management at Vålerenga Ice Hockey Club, as well as many years of practical experience with program quality, internationalization and practical relevance at Kristiania University College.

Lars Erik has taught at Kristiania University College since 2012. He has published several articles in journals and conferences on topics such as public health, digitization in learning and assessment and intercultural communication.
