Background
Christian Winther Farstad is an associate professor at the Department of Leadership and Organization at Kristiania. Here he teaches several subjects and programmes, particularly with a focus on leadership.
In his doctorate in organizational psychology and leadership, he investigated how leaders and leadership develop in the field of art. Christian's research interests are generally linked to personality, motivation and leadership.
Christian has several years' experience with leadership development and organizational development. He certifies and validate several psychological tests that are used in the organizational life. He is currently co-responsible for Tekna's leadership development programme.
