Øystein Sørensen is an Assistant Professor at Kristiania University and is vocal coach at the Institute of Performing Arts, Music and Studio.
As a singer and songwriter, Sørensen has released several albums and singles using the artist name Solon. As a performer, he has worked extensively to weave together art expressions such as dance, video with popular music and flamenco.
