Background
Sigbjørn Galåen is associate professor of 3D-graphics at Kristiania University College, Westerdals institute of film and media. Sigbjørn has over 20 years experience from the gaming industry as 3D artist, concept artist, animator and producer, and has worked both in Norwegian and international companies. From 2011 to 2016, Sigbjørn was co-owner and executive board member at Blink Studios, and worked on several projects within computer games and visualization. The position also involved communication with external parties and securing of capital. Sigbjørn is autodidact within fine art, has had three solo exhibitions, and has made many cover illustrations.
