The learning outcomes for the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Kristiania University of Applied Sciences are structured into three categories: knowledge, skills, and general competence. These outcomes describe what students are expected to know, be able to do, and understand as a result of their learning processes throughout the program.

- how the market functions, how consumers and producers make choices, and how these are influenced by economic policy, technology, and international frameworks
- how businesses are started, developed, and changed in line with needs, legal frameworks, and societal expectations, such as sustainability, globalization, innovation, and technology development, as well as the significance of the Nordic labor model for work and business
- how businesses conduct their activities ethically to safeguard their stakeholders while promoting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals
has fundamental knowledge in mathematics, statistics, and social science methods, and understands how methodological tools are used for data collection, organization, and analysis
is familiar with the history, traditions, distinctiveness, societal role, and research and development work of the field
