Background:

Kristiania and the national Skeiv Forskningsgruppe are pleased to present the upcoming Skeivt Symposium. We want to bring together experts to present and discuss queer research and challenges today.

Participants will first meet Kevin Gyan, author of the books Queer Data and Rainbow Trap, and then participate in a workshop on queer data in their own research and development opportunities.

In the afternoon, we would like to present examples of planned, ongoing or completed research projects that can be considered queer research and research that is relevant to thematics related to gender and sexual diversity. This event aims to promote dialogue and share knowledge among students and researchers about the experiences, challenges and contributions of those of us who belong to gender and sexual diversity.
