Since the start in 2024 the group’s focus has been on getting familiar with artistic research, finding suitable applications and procedures for external founding as well as developing ideas and the focus of the meetings was to establish the group. In 2025 we decided to have fewer meetings to free up more time for developing the research projects we want to move forward with and as of 2025 4 official meetings are held with the possibility to add extra when needed. Our favorite one beeing after summer when the group meet for making homemade pizza.
2024 – The group had 12 internal meetings as well as one external meeting with a representative from Malmö Opera about sustainability and possible future collaborations. In addition, the group also hosted one screening of the documentary Heïdi’s Ice - and Discussion with Pierre Dugowson, attended SoMos, presented at Cilect, did a performance at Aavistus festival as well as got a representative selected into Green Producers Club. We applied for Internal funding at Kristiania with two research projects One Breath One Sea and Slow Dance which received good critique although no funding.
2025 – The group has so far had two internal meetings and is planning to have two more with a more focused agenda of applying for the internal and continue the external applications. The research group has also done four showings of Bålprosjektet in Raet National Park as well as Residency, pre-project and showing of the project in Østmarka National Park, Oslo, and Jotunheimen National Park, Årdal. Further the group has performed the multimedia and dance performance Sirens Call and held a lecture about the development of the project at AR@K, hosted the Kristiania Breakfast with talks, panel and the theme Oslo Fjorden as well as two meetings and application writing workshop with Marea for the One Breath One Sea project.
