Dr. Anthony Giannoumis is an Associate Professor of Information Technology at Kristiania University College. His work focuses on information systems, digital accessibility, and the design and implementation of technology in health and public sector contexts. He has led and contributed to a wide range of international research projects on ICT accessibility, assistive technology, and digital infrastructure, with funding from the European Union, the Norwegian Research Council, and global partners.
