Background

Delphine Caruelle is Associate Professor in Marketing at Kristiania University College. She received her Ph.D. from BI Norwegian Business School in 2019.

Her primary research interests lie at the intersection of service marketing and consumer behavior, with a focus on customer experience and consumer emotions in service encounters.

Delphine won the Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Award in 2018 and was finalist of the 2020 SERVSIG Best Dissertation Award. She has published her work in Journal of Business Research, Marketing Letters, and Journal of Retailing.

Prior to entering academia, Delphine worked as Consumer Insights Specialist at Opera Software.
