Background
Kristin Molvik Botnmark is an Assistant professor and a sociologist (Cand.polit). Botnmark has a long track record as Senior Vice President HR in various industries in Norway as well as internationally.
Botnmark teaches Human Resource Management and Health, Safety and Ennvrinment. She is the author of HMS-boka (HSE-management) (Fagbokforlaget, 2021).
