Background
Josefina Peláez Zuberbuhler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization, at Kristiania University College and is co-leader of the research group POWELL. She teaches in the Master’s programs in Strategic HR and Leadership. She obtained her Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from Universitat Jaume I, Spain, and has participated in competitive international research initiatives, including the Horizon 2020 H(ealthy)-Work project. Her research focuses primarily on occupational health psychology, organizational interventions, leadership, and employee wellbeing.
