Background
Adeline Hvidsten is associate professor at Kristiania and the head of the Bachelor in Service Design at the School of Arts, Design and Media. Hvidsten has a PhD in innovation and entrepreneurship from BI Norwegian Business School, where she researched inter-organizational digital interaction between hospitals and municipalities in public health services. The thesis adressed the inherent incompleteness of services and the role of co-design, ICT, power and politics.
Hvidsten's research mainly focuses on design, innovation and future studies.
