Background

Tove Rømo Grande is a Senior Adviser for Innovation and Knowledge Transfer at Kristiania University of Applied Sciences.

She leads Kristiania’s Technology Transfer Office (TTO) initiative, which is building a professional technology transfer function to support employees who develop research results with commercial potential. 

The initiative helps researchers identify, develop and bring innovations based on research closer to practical application and commercialisation.
