Background
Jarle M. Fotland is an Associate Professor at Kristiania University College and teaches interior architecture av School of Art, Design and Media. Earlier in his career he has worked as an interior architect and furniture designer, and has also exhibited his work in Norway and abroad.
In 2012-2013 Fotland was in charge of the development and start-up of Kristiania University College's Bachelor in Interior Architecture.
Fotland's research areas focus on space and the experience of spaces, but he also work artistically and sculpturally in the meeting between design and art.
