Background
Linn-Marie Harlem is HR advisor at Kristiania University College. Harlem is the main contact from HR for the School of Communication, Leadership, and Marketing and the School of Economics, Innovation, and Technology. Her main tasks include recruitment, onboarding, management support, consulting, and development of existing and new routines. In addition, she participates in projects in organizational development and is an operational resource for business transfer. Harlem is the secretary of the Employment Committee.
