can be self-regulated in his/her own learning, give constructive feedback to others, and reflect on own achievements
can analyze situations and context in different companies, and assess the HR department's role and opportunities to contribute to the strategic development of the organization and the human resources
can apply both frameworks (legislation and collective agreements) as well as common practice in the exercise of the people manager function in Norwegian working life

can identify violation of rules, ethical issues, and irresponsible management in working life, and has knowledge of good routines for notification and detection of offenses or counterproductive people management
can reflect on the relationship between theory and practice and apply a critical approach and good judgment when solving tasks
can follow up employer's responsibility by applying legislator's requirements and show ethical judgment at the intersection between law / supervision requirements and business requirements for efficiency and achievement of results
