The Oslo Fjord is heading towards an ecological collapse. Parts of the fjord unfortunately almost dead.

One Breath – One Sea (OB) investigates new ways of communicating and visualizing environmental problems, and how environmental issues affect people.

The project is an interdisciplinary collaboration between artists, marine biologists, psychologists, the use and development of new technology. OB contains several projects that will become one unit.

Using basic research, developing new technology and unique recordings, we show how the underwater world has changed due to human influence. Part of OB is to test what is, or if it is possible, to bring life back to the fjord. Not least, how will it affect us who live here.

The goal is to create an exhibition where all the elements complement each other. There is a film, an interactive experience, the impact environmental problems have on people's mental well-being, and not least a presentation of our joint research. How interdisciplinarity can complement each other.

Together, we have a goal to see how (or if) life can change when we take action. Each research element must and can exist independently with its own disseminationFor OB, the main goal is to explore the methods, technology and aesthetic possibilities of the research.

Together, we aim to find, or see if there are any solutions that can improve the condition of the Oslo Fjord.
